TrackRecord K9 · Terms of Use
Last updated: August 27, 2026
By using trackrecordk9.com or any TestFlight / app edition of TrackRecord K9, you agree to these terms.
TrackRecord K9 is a training notebook for K9 handlers. It is not a certification body, dispatch system, search management tool, or official mission report unless your team independently treats a printout that way.
GPS distances, weather, and timers are tools. You are responsible for what you record and for keeping an Export backup of records you cannot afford to lose.
If you create an account, use an email you control. You are responsible for the password and for activity on that account. One email is one notebook. If the email is already registered, sign in instead of creating another account.
You keep the rights to notes, photos, and tracks you enter. You grant us permission to store and display that content so the Service can function, including sync and backup. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Do not attack the Service, try to access other users’ data, impersonate someone, or use the logger for anything illegal. We may suspend an account that harms the Service or other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, exact GPS or weather, or that a printed page will meet a certifying agency’s form. Entries are made by the handler. They are not an official search report, certification, or veterinary record.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blair C Miller II / TrackRecord K9 is not liable for lost hours, failed certifications, missed searches, or indirect damages from use of the Service. Some states limit these terms.
The website is currently offered without a subscription. If paid plans or store apps are added, prices and refund rules will be shown at purchase. App Store or Play purchases follow those stores’ rules.
We may change the Service or these terms. We may stop offering the Service. You may stop using it at any time and email trackrecordk9@gmail.com to request account deletion.
